Agreement to these terms
By using biocleanersandhoarding.com, requesting an estimate, or booking services with Bio Cleaners & Hoarding (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
We provide biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, and related property remediation services throughout North Carolina. Every job starts with a free estimate (in person or digital). Work is performed only after scope and price are agreed with you. Anything described on this website is informational and not itself an offer or guarantee of service at a particular price.
Estimates and payment
- Estimates are free and based on the information available at the time. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we’ll discuss the change with you before proceeding.
- Prices are quoted per job. We price the work honestly rather than building quotes around insurance maximums.
- Payment is due per the terms agreed at booking. Work involving insurance claims may have different arrangements, which we’ll put in writing.
What you can expect from us
- Trained, Bloodborne Pathogen Certified (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030) technicians on every job.
- 24/7 emergency response, with unmarked vehicles and discretion on sensitive jobs.
- Respect for your property and privacy. We handle belongings with care, and we don’t throw away anything we don’t need to.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about the property and situation when you request an estimate.
- Safe, lawful access to the property at agreed times.
- Disclosure of hazards you know about (for example, weapons, sharps, live animals, chemical containers) before crews begin.
- Someone available (in person or by phone) for scheduling decisions when scope changes.
Ownership of items and property
You confirm you have the right to authorize work on the property. Items we remove are treated as authorized for disposal or recycling per the agreed scope. Valuables and documents we discover that fall outside scope are set aside and brought to your attention rather than discarded.
Health and safety limitations
Biohazard remediation reduces hazards to industry-standard levels; we cannot guarantee that any space is absolutely sterile. Where a condition requires licensed specialists beyond our scope (for example, certain mold or asbestos situations), we’ll tell you and help you find the right resource rather than improvise.
Booking requests through this website
Submitting a booking request through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed when we contact you and agree on a time. Emergency situations should always come through our phone line, (919) 704-0073, which is answered 24/7.
Reviews
Reviews posted on this site reflect the opinions of their authors. We publish reviews we receive and don’t fabricate or edit review content, other than removing pricing details a reviewer included if they’d rather not have that public, or as needed to comply with the law.
Website content and intellectual property
Text, images, and design of this website belong to Bio Cleaners & Hoarding. You may share links freely; please don’t copy our content for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, our liability for any claim related to services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and our work also carries whatever warranties North Carolina law provides.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Chatham County, North Carolina, where applicable law permits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
